COVID-19 Risk-free Bookings

Booking before 7 August 2021…

We appreciate everybody is apprehensive about getting away this year, but we all need a break and we don’t need further stress of having a holiday cancelled! We want you to come and visit Rhayader, Mid Wales and see the amazing countryside surrounding us and stay in one of our fantastic apartments. And if you book now we will guarantee that if;

1. We can’t offer the full experience you booked including activities, entertainment and facilities

2. Welsh Government restricts travel into Wales

3. You are tested positive for COVID-19 or one of your group have tested positive.

4. You have been officially contacted to isolate by track and trace.

We will move the date of your booking free of charge into 2022 during the same peak/off peak season. Or if we have had to shut (Points 1 and 2 – we will offer you a full refund).

Please note evidence would be required for points 3 and 4 in order to process the holiday amendment.
