In light of the recent travel health advice, this information will help you to plan your stay and provides added peace of mind:

Welsh Government advice

• The First Minister of Wales, Mark Drakeford has announced that self-catering accommodation in Wales will be allowed to re-open from Monday 13 July 2020. We have opened our website for bookings from this date. Visitors are encouraged to check the latest travel and health advice: Reducing the Risk of Coronavirus

Improving on excellence

• Mid Wales Holiday Lets are always cleaned to high standards. However, we have increased the range of antibacterial cleaning products we use. This is in line with government guidelines.

• We use a linen laundry company, they assure us that our laundry is washed in temperatures above 60 degrees centigrade.

Cancellations and insurance

• We are a family-run business, our cancellation and refund terms remain unchanged (see https://midwalesholidaylets.co.uk/booking-policy/)

• To protect your stay, we have always recommended our guests have their own travel insurance. We will only change dates if the Government locks down as opposed to individual shielding.

The sunshine is now due to make a another appearance in Mid Wales. We do hope to share it with you.

Our cancellation policy;
Before attempting to change the date or cancel please make sure you have insurance and you should be able to claim on that.

Our cancellation charges are as follows for direct bookings on our website:

More than 180 days 15% of the total cost

180 to 60 days 35% of the total cost

59 to 30 days 50% of the total cost

29 days or less after holiday start date 100% of the total cost

If you book via invoice with one of our team, you will pay a non refundable deposit which will be reduced from the final price. Cancellation dates will be;
