In light of the recent travel health advice, this information will help you to plan your stay and provides added peace of mind:

Welsh Government advice

Improving on excellence

• Mid Wales Holiday Lets are always cleaned to high standards. However, we have increased the range of antibacterial cleaning products we use.

• We use a linen laundry company, they assure us that our laundry is washed in temperatures above 60 degrees centigrade.

The weather in 2020 so far has much to improve, the sunshine is now due to make a long-awaited appearance in Mid Wales. We do hope to share it with you.

After speaking to the partnership today, we have to proceed with this as a standard approach to all, weighing up the extraordinary circumstances against policies in place, recommendations on insurances for customers to take out and being such a small business that we want to be still trading at the end of this crisis.
Our cancellation policy;
Before attempting to change the date or cancel please make sure you have insurance and you should be able to claim on that.

Our cancellation charges are as follows for direct bookings on our website:

More than 180 days 15% of the total cost

180 to 60 days 35% of the total cost

59 to 30 days 50% of the total cost

29 days or less after holiday start date 100% of the total cost

If you book via invoice with one of our team, you will pay a non refundable deposit which will be reduced from the final price. Cancellation dates will be;

We have options available including adhering to the above. But as confirmed, we want to work together with our valued customers.
At this point, we are offering all customers a chance to ‘move the date’ prior to March 2021 (Excluding July and August). The 10% deposit will be non refundable, so when visiting we would just request the 10% balance. If you do not wish to move the date we would proceed as per cancellation policy.
An example;
If invoice is paid in full and you are within 29 days of booking; Invoice amount £1000, Deposit £100, Re-book in February 2021 and pay £100 on arrival.
I am so sorry that we can not offer refunds, but as i really need to re-emphasise we are in the same situation and hope you can agree we are doing what we can to balance all of the aforementioned.
